Fundraising - Provide input & oversight in pursuit of the private (individuals, foundations, corporations) fundraising goal of $10M to outfit the new museum and another $3M for an endowment.

Finance - Manage museum's investment portfolio to meet short & long-term needs and oversee quarterly & annual accounting requirements.

Facilities - Provide input & oversight related to design, construction and grand opening of the new museum especially as it relates to our relationships with Camp Ripley, MN National Guard, State Legislature, MDVA and the broader veteran community.

Programs - Provide input and oversight over a wide range of museum's on-site and off-site public programs and school-based initiatives.

Personnel - Provide input & oversight into the recruitment and retention of staff and board members and further development of robust volunteer, docent, college intern and museum membership programs.
