New Site & Facility

Projected Completion: Summer 2026

Minnesota’s new Military & Veterans Museum is rising. Built to honor generations of service, courage, and sacrifice. Thanks to funding from the State of Minnesota, construction of the 40,000-square-foot facility is underway, ensuring a permanent home worthy of Minnesota’s veterans.

But to bring this museum fully to life, its classrooms, exhibits, and immersive experiences—an additional funding is needed. The KAHR Foundation has generously pledged $3 million, leading the charge. Now, we invite companies, foundations, and families across Minnesota to join this effort and match their commitment.

Every contribution, large or small, shapes the stories we preserve and share. Your support ensures that future generations understand not only what our veterans fought for, but who they were.

Recognizing Our Supporters

Those who give at the $1,000+, $5,000+, and $10,000+ levels will have their names—or those honored in memoriam—prominently displayed in the museum’s grand entry hall, a lasting tribute to the citizens who helped make this vision a reality. If you would like to donate online, we have two options. One-time donation or our Membership page.
